Responsibility
Develop comprehensive strategic Human Resource planning to meet the human capital needs aligned with business goals.Develop and implement human resources policies to support strategic objectives in line with the country law and industry standard.Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.Establish an effective internal communication strategy with the aim of ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organization's culture, and values and influence employee engagement.Strengthen the culture; work with the management team to organize and execute team-building events and keep company culture top of mind.Conduct training need assessment, identify the gaps and arrange training sessions for all level of employees.Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to produce and disseminate effective communication for cultural transformation, change management, crisis management, and mitigation.
Educational Requirement
Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Management, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed University.
Experience Requirement
At least 6 year(s)
Additional Requirement
Successful track record of 6+ years as a HR Professional including 2 - 3 years of experience as HR leader.Successful implementation of HR practices/activities at enterprise level along with HR transformation.Solid understanding of employment regulation in line with the country labor law, industry norms and general HR best practices.Comfortable delivering on strategic HR initiatives, tactical assignments, HR administration and project management - moving seamlessly from one to another.Strong supervisory, leadership skills and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.Be an ambassador of Organization's culture and values.
